Magellan Aerospace Corporation (“Magellan”) has announced the signing of significant long-term agreements with Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business. These pivotal contracts renew existing arrangements and cover the supply of complex castings for several legacy and new engine programs. The castings will be produced at Magellan’s facilities in Haley, Ontario, and Glendale, Arizona.
The renewal underscores the enduring business relationship between Magellan and Pratt & Whitney, which has been established since the 1960s, and extends their collaboration into the future. Magellan supplies complex castings for both civil and defence, fixed-wing and rotorcraft programs worldwide.
“These agreements mark a major milestone for our companies, leveraging our expertise and innovations to achieve shared success,” said Mr. Haydn Martin, Magellan’s Vice President of Business Development, Marketing, and Contracts.
